isagi was a crybaby and a scardy cat as a kid

isagi’s always had really great spacial awareness and vision, even as a toddler

nagi lived at student dorms at hakuho academy (which explains why his parents dont live w/ him)

he got into hakuho, an elite tokyo prep school, with only two weeks of studying

there were two different rumors abt nagi amongst his classmates, one saying if you talked to him you’d be cursed with bad luck and the other saying youd find happiness after talking to him, the curse rumor is more popular

It has come to my attention that people actually like hearing about other peoples oc's occasionally. So im gonna be posting some images of my ocs and telling you about it! (its gonna be character specific for each one gonna do my Ace Attorney OCs, Idk about the others yet)

Starting off! Fahlin Starr, defense attorney in japanifornia.

I used Joan of arc as an inspiration for how she looks, but she is a modern day knight within the courts. She attempts to take on all the damage against the defendant and reflect that evidence against the prosecution.

Here are her sprites!

She doesn't have many friends. She trusts to easily, and because of that she's shielded herself away from most people, only really giving time to her defendants (though she knows they could spurn her too, she has to take the risk). In short, she likes to protect her peace. There is one person however who's managed to get through her cold exterior! and its her long time private investigator companion, Bast Guess.

The companies of which they hailed from were close (and their mentors, closer) so they spent a lot of time working together. Fahlin swears she only requests Bast's help because it would be inconvenient to vet out a different PI, Bast knows however its because Fahlin actually things theyre friends.

Fahlin tries her best to be controlled by facts and distance herself from her emotions, but she usually fails. Though her face doesnt usually portray that fact. Shes plagued (ish) by resting bitch face.

she keeps herself organized, and doesn't stray away from networking with other attorneys. Its part of her duty to spread the word of her agency. She's also married to her work.

despite being very organized she also doesnt use calenders or daily schedules. Sometimes post-it notes but very rarely. This drives Bast mad.

I like to think that her pride can take a few dings, before she crumbles (shield motif <33)

Fun Fact!: She's a lesbian but she refuses to accept that she doesn't like men (she doesn't care if you're gay, but she cant be). She's got compulsive heteronormity up the wazoo. She had a situationship with a women named Anita Rhinum in Highschool and just... hasn't acknowledged the fact that she looks for her in every man she dates.

Her mentor was a veteran Attorney, set to retire soon named Leah Mason. She had already mentored many rookies, but Fahlin would be her last one and the only one to have stayed in the Japanifornia jurisdiction. Mason Law Agency would get renamed to Starr Law Agency, where Fahlin resides on the first floor, and the upper became home to Bast Guess's private investigation agency. (it has a name I'll remember it when I get to her).

Leah Mason and her husband Finn D. Clau (retired attorney and retired private detective)

Leah Mason was an almost motherly figure for Fahlin, they met when Fahlin was in college and needed an internship, so at age 19 she was taken under her wing.

This would be the first time Fahlin felt how a mother should treat their kid (even if it wasn't for long, and wasn't the same). When Leah retired she left to go travel the world, but made sure Fahlin had her number in case she ever needed help.

here is were the fun family drama begins. :))

Fahlin has her father, Basile Starr, her mother Reine Starr, and her older sister (by 1 year) Jess Starr.

Basile Starr was a very busy man who didn't have a lot of time for his kids, though if he found time he was a very kind man who did really love them. Reine Starr on the other hand had very high expectations, and made it clear that if her children wanted her time, they had to prove to her that they were worth it.

(its also important to note that by the time the kids turned 5, the marriage was becoming very loveless and Reine had begun seeing other men)

Fahlin did everything she could to make her mother proud, she worked to excel in everything she could and put effort into doing the things that she liked. Jess on the other hand, tried, failed, and decided she didnt want to appease their mother. Fahlin likes feeling as though she *earned* something, so she'd keep trying.

Growing up Fahlin did fencing and ballet with her sister, she wasnt graceful enough for dance but she did have the skill for fencing.

Jess and Fahlin were very close when they were younger. Though they were one grade apart in school, they shared many of the same friends and hobbies.

they were each others best friend.

But things started to change when they got older, they drifted apart (Fahlin not keeping friends as easily). It all came to a head when their mother was accused of murder, and Jess was called to testify agaisnt her.

This testimony permanently severed their friendship, as Fahlin couldn't believe that their mother could kill someone. She convinced herself that Jess hated their mom so much that she would lie.

Once Fahlin turned 18 she moved out of her home in France and went to college in Japanifornia. She nothing back home worth staying for anyways.

When she met Anita in college, Anita showed her around town and introduced her to a lot of what Japanifornia had to offer. They met in an elective class then began hanging out outside of it.

Citra has people who love and care about her, Rowan doesn’t, he knows that (in this moment) if he died no one would really care or remember him, so when he finds Citra, someone who does care about him and would care if he died, he clings to it. I mean when you’re that neglected and want SOMEONE to care even a little about you, wouldn’t you do the same thing?

helaena is helen of troy and aegon+aerion fight over her (they do a little trojan war<3 peasants die cos this family is psychosexually insane!!). aegon is the heir and a tradcath and aerion(named for aerea) is an insane second son also they are twins. aerion murdered the high septon at 14/15ish because the bastard was abusing helaena, but because of sexism etc there cant be any implication of helaena being 'impure'(scream!!!) so he couldnt really explain himself and got exiled to essos as a 14yo and it made him extra crazy!!! aegon is insane cos he's his mother's favourite and his daddy doesnt care about him enough and his brother is the cool bad boy. helaena is insane because she was essentially forced into an identity from birth and she has never been allowed to explore herself! she's simply The Maiden The Beauty The Princess!!

it gets long so this is going under the cut LMAO but tl;dr ruth's daughter returns to mandela county after leaving and tries to find out what happened to her mother.

so i kinda have my own version of ruth's daughter, and her name is dorothy!!! she was born out of wedlock but both ruth and her dad (who doesnt have a name yet sorry) loved her very much <3

they all used to live in mandela together until an incident occurred where stanley almost fucked everything up. fortunately, ruth and dorothy's dad were there to prevent anything from happening. after that, ruth thought it would be better for the dad and dorothy to leave the state while ruth stayed due to her being a police officer. she also advised for them to cut off contact to further prevent alternates from attacking them again. it was heartbreaking, but he eventually agreed, and dorothy only got to see ruth one last time...

years pass, and dorothy grew up to be a pretty stable teenager in a small town in northern illinois! just close enough to wisconsin in case it was ever safe to go back but just far enough away to feel safe. dorothy ends up asking her dad abt ruth one day, but he was honestly unsure due to cutting contact for safety. so dorothy decides she'll go look for her in mandela.

her dad tries to convince her not to go, but she insists on doing this, especially by herself. she eventually was let go and able to travel to mandela.

she eventually gets there starting to look for clues. she only vaguely remembered ruth being a police officer, so she first went to the mcpd. she met thatcher but was unable to get any information due to him being completely shut off in terms of talking about ruth. she didn't know why though because again he didn't say anything.

she then was just kinda wandering town and decided to stop by mandelatech. my idea is that she has a picture camera that she took to gather whatever evidence she can, but since coming to mandela it's been dealing with some issues. she goes to mandelatech and meets dave and evie!

she gets to know evie a little bit and they grow a friendship over the next few days. dorothy eventually asks evie for some help regarding her mother. evie agrees but only if she doesn't tell dave about this due to him having relations with thatcher, and therefore having relations with the police. dorothy agrees to that.

however, they don't get to do much until after the events of vol 4, where dave dies and adam learns he's an alt and all that. so after evie gets laid off, she calls dorothy to vent, and dorothy while comforting her, hypes her up by suggesting to look through the files due to dave wanting to send her to thatcher anyway. dorothy even offers to accompany evie since she's in a pretty stressful point in her life. after a few more minutes of destressing, she agrees to go to the police station.

the police station scenes play out exactly as they did in canon except they also dig through ruth's files as well as dorothy being there instead of evie being by herself. they find out that ruth had died a few years after dorothy and her father moved out of the state (for context, dorothy would be maybe 1-3 years older than adam, sarah, and evie). they also found adam's files to be preeeetty disturbing.

as they leave, they end up encountering an alt that would try to attack the duo. dorothy, not actually knowing what alternates are, went for the offensive and straight up punched it. stunning it for a little bit, she and evie ended up escaping the station and ended up pretty much okay. evie does also end up explaining alternates to dorothy, in which she also relays to dorothy her surprise that she fucking punched one. they definitely turn it into an inside joke at some point.

they end up trying evie's old friend, sarah, for some help. evie also ends up asking about adam which sarah acts very strangely to by suddenly becoming very dry in her texting. evie decides to go to adam's place where the scene in catalyst happens, but dorothy ends up finding sarah.

dorothy introduces herself to sarah and puts on a friendly face to maybe have sarah put some trust in her. sarah then eventually kiiind of explains that she's worried about "a coworker of hers" (which is obviously adam) and even mentions jonah vaguely along with a mention of his death. dorothy makes an internal note to tell evie later. dorothy also got the chance to ask about ruth, but unfortunately sarah didn't have any information.

the rest of catalyst plays out by this point, and evie would have returned home and shared what she saw with dorothy, with dorothy also sharing what she learned, by the time the end of catalyst occurs.

not sure for what comes after, but at some point, dorothy gets to meet thatcher again as well as adam, evie tells the other two abt mandelatech, and at some point they all learn dave died as well as adam being an alt is revealed to dorothy and evie. sarah joins in eventually as well.

i also want stanley to come back to be a menace as well as have alt thatcher just come out of the woodworks and be all like "oh yeah i killed ur mom, whoops! sorry lmao didnt know she had a kid to be honest, but i wouldnt have cared either way anyway sooo xp". don't know how that will play out tho

(oasis) What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?

Approximately 10 minutes. This assumes "nothing" does not include keeping a watch out, navigation, watching to make sure casarin is paying attention, making snide comments and flipping off other pilots while on the ship. If he's being responsible she likes to go harass alex in the back. On land she's always wandering off on her own away from casarin either picking up essentials he's forgotten again or non essentials lol. She can also be found playing "lets throw bricks at susarikas" (he loves it) to pass the time.

If there's NOTHING to do, she's trapped just waiting, she'll usually pull something she uh found in the street (finders keepers) and carve into it with her knife. No this is mine, see its got my name on it and a little pony too, oh and on this side its got a snake eating a watermelon.

(latikam) What triggers nostalgia for them, most often? Do they enjoy that feeling?

The thing with living for centuries is that at a certain point, everything and nothing causes nostalgic, its the experience of every vazuvyr. BUT latikam has lived through the occupation AND does not live in his homeland anymore, in a way he is a child who remembers past lives but cannot apply any of it to this one. The biggest trigger is that mokubat learned how to cook from vokutlvek, and while they have their different styles every now and then something lines up, he can taste his brothers work in his sons. Its... a lot. Thats the taste he's known through centuries of heartache and love and pain and joy and healing, yet for once he's not here for it. The person who's always been there to run to, lay his head on, and protected him isn't there this time. Somehow disorientating and grounding at the same time.

Seeing casarin and hydrel also remind him A LOT of vokutlvek and azrem. Their stupid little dramas, playing footsies at the table, shoving food into his mouth. Latikam said "I know what you are".

(casarin) What lie do they most frequently remember telling? Does it haunt them?

God why did you have pick THIS one for him how did you hone in on this choice. My man keeps repeatedly telling a very specific lie about how okay he is. "haunted" probably isnt the word Id pick exactly. During sf its less of the burden of knowing he lied and more of the fear of someone finding out the truth. And in act 2 when someone confronts him about it he doubles down on "everything is fine" until he's dragged kicking and screaming to the warm saucer of milk. At the end of his life he looks at those years and realizes how stupid he was for putting himself through it and not asking for help, especially now recognizing fjinmars and adaen saw the problem and wanted to help him but he never gave them the chance, but at this point he's too preoccupied by the good run they had and how thats going to be gone.

A specific instance he told this lie to his mother, who he never lies to because she is telepathic, clocked him immediately and he broke down about the whole thing. The thing that hurts him is that he doesnt know why he lied, mama never made him feel bad about this before, he just... felt guilty and embarrassed about all this. idk.

The austisms. He's had people "just tease" him for his expressions and taking things literally and when he's last to the joke. Doesnt like to ask what people mean by things because that usually makes it worse. - ok so fun fact #1: the use of Lord vs lord throughout is directly relating to how much barnabas' belief in ultima as a god/the god is wavering

- similarly, the use of mythos vs logos. in another fic set before this one that ive yet to post 🙈, clive (aka mythos, aka logos) makes a point to barnabas abt being logos not mythos, which ultima affirms. despite this, barnabas is still clinging to clive being mythos bc if hes logos, all the scripture n beliefs he has are wrong

- barnabas often mimics ultimas phrasings and sayings, even in game, including the use of Eikon names rather than the persons yaknow. actual name. e.g. shiva vs jill. kosmos vs ryder. mythos/logos vs clive etc etc

- barnabas n sleipnir have a. weird semi-spiritual bond. this is mostly hc'd from me bc we never see it super directly or stated in game/story? its implied that a dominant can sense when their egi is killed but not really expanded upon. where benedikta (garudas dominant) can sense her egi n refers to them as 'sisters', her egi arent nearly as human or as, well, sentient/alive as sleipnir is.

- im also taking the stance of sleipnir being originally an extension of barnabas (+odin) that he made to protect himself from his grief/loneliness. but over the ~50yrs theyve been alive + together, hes grown into his own being and does have traits/personality that barny didnt give him/doesnt have himself. hes very much his own person but cant die (permanently) unless barnabas does. he can also duplicate himself, change some parts of his appearance and still has this bond with barnabas that allows them to vaguely sense where the other is, what theyre doing and better interpret what the other wants/means

- im takin it to be theyve been in the worlds longest qpr while never actually really admitting it to each other. this is both good and bad for them (mostly bad for the world, they enable each other)

- fun fact!! canonically sleipnir and ultima never interact in game. sleipnir only ever interacts with some ppl from kanver at the start, hugo (titan), benedikta (garuda), barnabas ofc and clive. dude is not getting out and about nearly enough. but interestingly as an egi, he can be (physically) very far from where barnabas is! its also kind of implied that he can prime into his horse form without needing barnabas as odin?

- this fic does have the least amount of kosmos introspective. wack. hes just going through the motions, okay? its not like hes been kidnapped n threatened by a god-like being before. their ass is not thinking 💀💀

- ultima uses this weird combo of we/us but when on the defensive, it speaks of i/me. im assuming this is relating to ultima being multiple beings of ultima-species merged into one hivemind-like being? and this idea/notion of being part of this larger whole but when afraid, feeling alone and like one being again. i also tend to use it over he for it partly bc i impart kosmos' perspective a lil n he views ultima that way and partly bc there was like 4 different he/him users there. guys. pls. invite some women to ur fights its not very feminism of u

- barnabas's mother is never named in anything. she doesnt even have voice lines when ultima turns into her in the game, despite it being able to mimic benedikta and hugo (also dead)??? like she is the epitome of fridged i feel so bad for her. but context is she is killed when barny is 18 for worshipping ultima n thats what causes him to prime as odin for the first time and create sleipnir (as an egi/person)

- but barny is the first dominant of odin literally ever so its like. sleipnir is part of odin (the eikon) and in my mind first shows up/is created as a guy when barnabas unprimes that first time. and theyve just stuck together ever since

- speaking of. sleipnir does worship ultima too, but largely bc barnabas does. they share a lot of beliefs abt ultima + mankind (esp. since its been them two for again, like 50yrs) but he draws the line at ultima hurting barnabas, hes sleipnir's #1 priority over anything or anyone else

- sleipnir literally has one line to kosmos in this and hes bullying them i 💀💀😭😭 it made me laugh so much i was like 100% he would watch and just throw in the occasional comment, the only reason he didnt comment in game when clive fights that thing outside hugos palace is bc he didnt want clive to know he was there i KNOW im right

- final sleipnir tibit is actually that in canon we never see if he has a semi-primed form? its assumed not since hes an egi, not a dominant but i decided that his armoured look is his semi-prime since thats true of barnabas + we dont see sleipnir change into his armour. its true to me

- ultima actually slips that kosmos is kin (as in also an ultima) in this but somehow none of the gang notice! com'on guys 😭

- the golden aether!!!!! aether is always blue in canon and i wanted it so that when kosmos uses aether/magick a) it to look cool b) for kosmos (the ultima being) to look distinct from ultima (hivemind)

- technically speaking. ultima is a non corporeal being, it doesn't have a physical body buuut since zantetsuken "severs" some shit in ur atoms, it works

- it is kosmos that teleports them away, not barnabas! prior to this, clive absorbed odin and altho ive not mentioned it yet, kosmos n logos have a weird connection - the more eikons clive absorbs, the stronger kosmos gets (as he is also getting the eikons). in a similar way to mythos og needing to absorb eikons so that ultima can possess clive long enough to cast the spell for the new world w/o dying, kosmos (the ultima) needs the eikons to both get strong (theyre like half dead prior to this) and to awaken (which is what happens in this fic). so yeah, he is the one using odins rift slip, not barny! :3

new oc kind of incoherent rambling under the cut. many thoughts. may just make their own blog but keep it simple. lmao i must be stopped

ok but like. generic telekinesis oc who is very cool and has swag and works at an arcade + is very techy. her name is blair and her dad is a very scary CEO of a company she doesnt give a shit about and they both live in a penthouse but she hates it but also tries to be grateful for even living a lavish life. she thinks her dad is a dick (bc he is and devotes his life to work and neglects her) (kept her in the divorce battle by being a psychologically abusive asshole with money) and resents him for driving her mother away. she doesn’t resonate with the rich child look so shes often not home aka working at a small arcade for a small paycheck (her dad sometimes mocks her for having such a low paying job and thats its worthless) but also has been sneaking money from her dad who actually doesn’t notice bc metaphorically his pockets are overflowing with money so she’s been hoarding a bit of it here and there so one day she can make a break for it once she feels like she can leave.

except shes finding it hard to so shes kind of in a cycle go to work, stay out all night, maybe smoke a little bit, come home and repeat. sometimes volunteers at soup kitchens and in other ways in the community. anonymous monetary donations. the money she gives is from the money she makes, not from her dad. doesn’t let her efforts of giving back in a way get to her head bc she knows she’ll never be able to stand up to her father and his money. she feels that no matte what she will always be tied to her fathers legacy. almost got a job working on a committee to make more a change in the community but she got scared and backed out.

her telekinesis didnt randomly show itself during a moment of extreme anger or anything, it developed slowly as she grew up. it started as dull vibrations in her hands whenever she felt emotional (happy or sad, doesn’t matter which end) and it made her feel weird. like there was something there to be let go or dispersed but she could never figure out how. as she grew, anytime she was emotional as a young teen, things would move whenever she’d cry or scream. and then when she’s happy things would move like during a big laughing fit with friends for exmaple. this kept on until she was curious enough to actually try and move something. and to her surprise it worked. once she realized she could actually move stuff with her mind, she closed herself off and spent most of her free time during high school honing this ability. no idea where it has come from, she refuses to ask her dad about it and she has no way to contact her mom so shes just left with questions upon questions. left feeling alone.

she graduated high school with full control of her abilities. got a job at an arcade and smokes weed here and there. not much, she doesnt like to fry her brain too often. floats around hot spots around her city which include clubs and other hang out areas. isnt close to anyone so she really is just a floater. if shes feeling mischievous she likes to fuck with people by using her telekinesis and moving shit around. never gets old. 

shes still living at her dads penthouse and is surprised her dad hasnt kicked her out yet since one time during an argument he yelled he’d write her a 100k cheque to leave if she wanted. she only ever goes there to sleep, eat and bathe. not feeling homey enough for her just to hang around. although she does relish on occasion when her dad is gone on long business trips.

vague design ideas as of now are perpetual dark undereye circles, short dark hair somewhere between waves and curls, and her colour scheme is rose olive and black.

aroace potato!! still figuring stuff out but rn shes demiromantic ace and makaria is aromantic demisexual. yes this is very important information.

dark sense of humor, deadpan delivery and sarcasm befitting a child of the underworld. loves dad jokes and puns tho.

underworld diety; daughter of makaria (goddess of blessed/ merciful death). her father as of now doesnt exist but there are implied implications later.

prefers to stay in the sidelines and observe life (and death) around her. no im not projecting shush. she enjoys the peace and quiet of it all

In Matthews teenage years, He was edgy, as most teenagers are . Though he did get himself into a lot of fights because of boredom Atleast until he met his first love, A norse-american transfer student, and was very infatuated with him. They dated close to 5 years. Their break up was a nasty one, as Mattie had blinded Tjøstolv. They both started to get toxic towards eachother and often fought, often ending with both of them leaving the house for a night or two.

Tjøstolv had paid for a large part of his boyfriends schooling, he loved his boyfriend to bits and loved how cute his partner looked when he was focused on work. though being in the public eye often, he grew stressed, and tired, causing him to start fights. On another note, Tjø himself doesnt mind simple jobs, like doing IT work, it calms him.

Though he was dead set on one day to home explore other worlds, it definitely took a long time, but when he had completed his final safety trial, he had somehow ended up in the wild west, in spit-bucket america, seeing a nearly identical man to himself sitting at the bar, he couldnt believe his eyes. An old Timey version of himself and a handsome looking dude being flirty(screenshot eddit by me :) )

Mattie has travelled many worlds,though found himself stuck in one. Not because of technical issues, but a Man. One he's never seen in other worlds. A wealthy business man named William. Though Mattie worked on technology for william, he somehow with his skrunkly charm managed to seduce him. It took William a while to realize Mattie was flirting with him. -“His was a life without substance, and now it would end.” God and here we see Rowan’s iconic self deprecating “emo” moments, people make fun of these scenes a lot but I fucking love em, it really contrasts Rowan and Citra. Citra has people who love and care about her, Rowan doesn’t, he knows that (in this moment) if he died no one would really care or remember him, so when he finds Citra, someone who does care about him and would care if he died, he clings to it. I mean when you’re that neglected and want SOMEONE to care even a little about you, wouldn’t you do the same thing?

UPDATE TO DND ROMANCE!!!

They kissed 🥰

Fighter kissed Cordelia in the hopes that the health potion he was given while unconscious, could give her at least one hit point to also make her regain her consciousness too after they had both been dropped in an attack (it was this or mother bird esc spitting it into her mouth, so the reverse romeo and juliet kiss is the MUCH preferred option lmao)

HOWEVER

Somehow this hilarious yet very cinematic kiss, something that was both a long time coming for us the players, and also a unexpected surprise of a whirl wind romance for our characters,

was later overshadowed during the session because my horse (due to fighter and Symon (my brothers character) trapping her during a full moon for "safety") Cordelia chose to start using a different horse than sharing with fighter, that I as the player was already jokingly attached too

GOT FUCKING MERKED BC MY BROTHER REDIRECTED THE HIT FROM HIS HORSE TO MINE!!!!! WHILE CORDELIA WAS CHARMED AND LOST IN THE WOOD!!!!!!!!

So clearly, I was and still am, heartbroken over the loss of my dear horse lame Nellie (named by my brother and our dad, before dad passed lmao) who was literally exploded by the sheer velocity of the bolder that was yeeted her way, in a way that not even a revivafy could fix,

not that it mattered as my character, our party's only healer, was charmed and lost in the middle of a forest alone trying to kill BIRDS!!!!! SO SHE DOESNT EVEN KNKW HER BABY IS HORSE PASTE!!!!!!!!!!!

So hopefully everyone understands how although romance is cute, the revenge I have to reenact on my brother is far greater than a cute kiss

Romance in dnd is really funny to me

because somehow against all odds my current game is like 99% certainly going to end with mine and my friends characters dating eachother

MY werewolf cleric (who did more damage punching this guy than he got falling from a building) and HIS monster hunter fighter (who bc his backstory, refuses to call people their names, so has instead come up with so many stupid names for my cleric) have the petty relationship of an old married couple, even tho they have only know eachother for a couple weeks

They continue to have the funniest romance comedy moments that are not even planned, just because they always end up next to eachother when shit goes wrong

They have a pact, that if she becomes an uncontrollable monster when turned, to kill her if she starts hurting innocent people

They share a horse

He gifted her jewelry and gemstones to make into (essentially) friendship necklaces for the party, so she can feel better about a spell fail, now meaning she can find her friends if she ever finds herself a bit too far from them

They have formed some really good combo attacks (one based souly on one of the romance comedy bits)

Fighter (his character) and Cordelia (my cleric) ended up sharing their tragic™️ backstories together about how he watched vampires kill his entire town and only he and one other survived (plus a camio of the song 'you make my dream (come true)' that accidentally started playing mid backstory) and for Cordelia, how she was turned and forced to kill her best friend, then ran away being labelled a heretic and murderer by her temple

They have a continuous squabble about how Cordelia will just walk into potential danger without fighter being a shield for them

They also have matching white truama hair lol

Honestly this unofficial romance subplot is hyped up by the rest of our party, it's so dumb it's funny XD (plus great angst and role playing potential) and it's so so silly I love it

His eyes will glow and you’re just staring bc his eyes are so pretty ur falling in love all over again

Knows sign language back to back because of Guizhong, and can easily keep up a conversation with you without getting tired

Bc i headcannon him on this, that sign language is almost like his second language

He won’t leave you alone if you decide that adventuring outside the harbor is cool and you’ll do it despite his warnings of the danger ouside
